What changes for you
To balance the distribution of features across our paid plans, we have to remove certain features from your current forever-free plan. However, these changes won't reflect in your account until six months from now.
At that point, you'll be able to send 6,000 emails to 2,000 contacts per month—as opposed to the current 12,000 emails—and will have access to a few less features.
Note: 6,000 emails = 2,000 contacts x 3 campaigns
The list of features that will be removed after six months
Previously, contacts brought into Zoho Campaigns didn't need to be marked as active or inactive (do-not-mail). We've changed this for more well-defined consent management. As mentioned above, with the new update, you don't have to add contacts to mailing lists at the time of import. We've brought more meaningful context to the whole contact management system. Here's how:

Uninterrupted email marketing
While this was certainly not an easy decision to make, the upcoming version will still allow you to run your email marketing with key features like ready-made templates, topic management, reports and analytics, and more. Furthermore, we'll continue our multi-channel technical support at every stage of your email marketing journey.
